Monique is a renowned public relations and marketing expert with an impressive career spanning over 25 years. She is an entrepreneur at heart with a publishing company, online TShirt Business, PR and Marketing firm and Founder of a nonprofit. Throughout her journey, she has received numerous awards for her exceptional work in the field of education and service including the 2016 White House United State of Women Change Maker Award for her advocacy on disadvantaged children and women. Over the years, she has worked with some of the world’s most notable politicians, entertainers, celebrities and corporations and has also been an elected Delegate to the 2012 DNC Convention and served as a District Precinct Committee person.

In the past nine years, Monique has emerged as a leading advocate for early childhood education initiatives in underrepresented communities and advocates for black maternal healthcare at the National level. She passionately promotes the benefits of diversity and early development as well as, lobby’s on behalf of black women healthcare. Monique has actively served on various commissions focused on African-American student success and has been appointed to important boards at the state level. Additionally, she has worked as a court-appointed special advocate for foster children, making a significant impact in their lives.

Monique’s dedication to education extends beyond advocacy. She has developed a comprehensive principal leadership curriculum for students from K through 12th grade. As a small business owner, she also plays a vital role in the education sector as an administrator at a private school and community advocate.

With a Master’s of Science Degree in Policy Management, specializing in women, race, and culture, Monique brings a unique perspective to her work. Her passion for leadership development has led her to provide training for both private and public organizations. She shares her insights and experiences through her writing, which can be found on her popular Mom blog and her CEO Boss blog for women in business. With over 1 million social media followers and features in several magazines, Monique’s influence continues to grow.

One of Monique’s most exciting endeavors is her creative and engaging book readings of the popular book series Zoie Adventures and presentations on issues related to women. These events create a dynamic learning environment for children, women and families across the nation. Her ability to captivate young and mature minds is truly remarkable.

In 2024, Monique is set to release her highly anticipated memoir, “Thankful for it All.” This memoir promises to be a compelling reflection on her journey and the lessons she has learned along the way.
